I wanted to introduce you to Fiddleback Sheaths. I now have patterns for several production knives as well as pics of customs I've fitted with a sheath. I can dye them whatever color you like. They can be made with or without a firesteel loop. Additionally you can request to have the tooling done, or have it plain at no extra cost.

Production sheaths I have a pattern for:

BRKT
Huntsman -- $35 shipped
Wolf River -- $35 shipped

Fallkniven
F1, H1, S1, NL5 -- $35 shipped

Becker Bk5 -- 45 shipped

Custom sheath policies:

Custom sheaths start at $40. For a custom sheath you must send me the knife. This package must be insured. I will return it to you with the same amount of insurance. Please add the cost to ship me the knife back onto the price to cover return shipping.

To order, or if you have questions or concerns, please e-mail me at aproy@charter.net. Also use that e-mail address for pay-pal payments. If paying with paypal please add 3% to cover their fees. If I know you I'll accept a check anytime. If I don't I'll need it up front, and won't start the work till it clears.

I would like to thank the moderators at JD for allowing me to sell here. I've been impressed with you guys place. There is a lot of laughter and fun here.

Thanks for the look,

Andy

Hi Andy,

Fantastic work. Leather sheath making is not the smoothest part of my whole knifemaking proceedure. I may need your help.

Good luck on your new endeavour.

I'd love to collaborate. I've checked out your blades a few times. A few of your designs just sing at my wallet.

Shown below are my first two kydex sheaths. I find it to be a great alternative for a large knife. I'm not polished with my method yet though. Some of my rivets are wonky.

Yours look good. Well formed & clean.

Here's one I recently compleated that is a bit more complex that usual. It even has a child safety lock.

You live in Mtta ?

I work in Marietta near Dobbins off Delk. Military contractor.

Sweet looking sheath. If you don't mind my asking, can you show me more detail about the structure of that sheath? Great looking work. Is the snap just for looks, the structure of the sheath itself looks like it'd hold the blade good and firm.

We're starting to use kydex at work some too. Ha, ha, so thats where I made a press. There is this kydex vendor I deal with at work that has every shade, texture, and thickness up to 1/2". And he has datasheets on different properties of their different lines. All his 411 is at work, but you should get his sample pak. Its free. 1/2" kydex is cool. I don't know how you'd bend it though.....
