While browsing a directory of .swf files, I came across this (http://discharges.org/h/0408/) clip with some strange audio. I did a Google search for some of the lyrics, and apparently it's by some group called "Godspeed You Black Emperor" who creates sound tracks. Most of their stuff doesn't sound like that, that was just the introduction to one of their tracks.
The lyrics themselves are comparable to bad emo poetry, but with the audio I like listening to it. Just some good morbid background noise. Does anyone know of any music/groups/tracks/whatever that sound similar?
