But the sign is in English........I say Wisconsin , where incidentally , they have an abundance of Poles.
I once met their king.......I was delivering new Ford Rangers to a dealership in Green Bay.
I had one truck left on my transporter , pulled into their lot and the cat who checks them in waddles out to me and asks " How many ya got for me ?"
I looked up at the only vehicle I had on my truck , looked at him and said "10 ?"
Right then and there , he knew that I knew.
I wanted to tell him " You shouldn't have to take your boots off to count to one ." , but I'm far too nice a guy for that.

Meldon Reservoir, Dartmoor National Park, Devon England is where the photo came from. What it means is anyone's guess; I would assume it is the starting point for a train; waiting for a crew and permission to leave.
