An Ulster family - whose children witnessed a porn movie being shot in their four-star hotel - last night received an apology from their travel firm.
The Crawford family from Londonderry saw their expensive family holiday turn into a nightmare as their four and seven-year-old children came across naked couples simulating sex on a balcony, in full view of other hotel guests and in the middle of the afternoon.
Glen Crawford, a Translink train conductor, said the matter was now in the hands of his solicitors.
Travel firm Falcon Holidays said it had not been warned that a photo shoot was taking place at the Bulgarian resort and had received assurances it would not happen again.
Mr Crawford, partner Lisa Doherty and their two children, Leah (4) and Courtney-Leigh (7) travelled to Bulgaria for a relaxing holiday.
Instead, their all-inclusive break at the four-star hotel in Elenite turned into a seedy disaster as completely nude porn models frolicked for Playboy magazine.
Mr Crawford described how at 2pm on a Saturday a photo shoot took place on the huge balcony of the hotel.
The completely nude participants were filmed in full view of the hotel guests.
On their return, the children's grandmother asked them what their holiday was like.
"The first thing that the kids talked about was the fact that there were naked women getting their photos taken in the hotel," Mr Crawford said.
Mr Crawford says tour representatives in the hotel were less helpful than he hoped.
"The First Choice reps told us that the resort management knew in advance that the Playboy shoot was to happen and that the hotel manager had given his permission for this.
"I asked to speak to him but was told that I could not."
"This holiday was sold to me on the basis that it was a family break.
"But if I had known in advance that this was to happen I would have requested a shift of hotels," added Mr Crawford.
The Falcon holidays' statement reads: "Falcon Holidays was not advised that any photo shoot which could cause offence to our customers was taking place at the Royal Park Hotel.
"As Northern Ireland's leading family tour operator, we take issues like this very seriously indeed and we apologise to customers who may have been offended by any inappropriate behaviour.
"As soon as were made aware of any potential problems, we contacted the hotel and have been assured that this will never happen again."
